Emma J. Wiegand graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health. She attended New York Law School and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2022.

During law school, Emma was a Pro Bono Scholar, served as an Editor for the Law Review, and competed on the Moot Court team. As a member of the Moot Court Association, she won the 44th Charles W. Froessel Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.

Emma is admitted to practice law in New York.
