Will Kempfer graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in political science in 2020. In 2023, he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor and Tax Law Certificate.

During law school, Will served as an executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review and worked as a student clinician at the University of Connecticut School of Law Tax Clinic where he helped low-income members of the community resolve issues with the IRS.

Will is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
